We work out price with factory’s and then confirm the price to our buyer
After that we request buyer to issue p.o. sheet with full order details
After that we request client to open master L/C and transfer it to the factory
We get approval on fabric, accessories & gmt sample from our buyer
We start to make pre-production/ size set sample for approval to start production.
When production starts our Q.A. people go for inline inspection
After inspection we give instruction to the factory to go ahead for bulk production.
After final inspection we ship the goods to our client
Then we prepare the shipping docs so that buyer can clear formalities at their end
